unfortunately the Amazon 4-gang auto switch is not compatible with access cabs. none of the buttons work. here are some photos.

the switches are not individually packaged, they are soldered onto the PCB and the pins are integral to the PCB, and actually lock the PCB to the plastic base using vertical locking towers that lead to the connector harness. it's all one giant integrated unit.

interestingly, the switch rockers are just caps with a lever arm, the actual component that the switch moves is some kind of sliding variable resistance piece. there must be a logic IC somewhere - or maybe those boxes are smart relays with integrated power logic?

all the pins present in the access cab unit are in the double cab unit but there are far more pins in the double cab unit, including smaller ones that don't seem to have a matching socket in the access cab body harness connector, but i'm not sure if they slide into the same thing, they might double up.

anyone have any idea if you can desolder a switch and relay from this one and stick it in the 2nd position in the access cab stock unit? i didn't try to remove the pcb from the plastic base as i didn't want to damage anything.

    Little this, Little that.

I've ordered all the parts to de-pin and re-pin the harness from 05-11 into 12-15 auto switches double cab. Read thru these thread:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/how-to-2012-power-window-switches-in-2005-2011-trucks.360738/

bradforj posted info to buy a camry master harness, cut, de-pin and re-pin to work into a 05-11 access cab. See post 25 & 27.

btw just for clarity, i have a gen 2.5 (2015) and the body connector fits into the tundra switch unit connector. it just doesn't work... seems like the above thread is a connector upgrade for 2.0 to 2.5 body style.

Ohh... Maybe you can just just re-pin the connector then. Send bradforj a PM

Has anyone found the auto switches without the blue lights? I'd be hoping for green or white like the rest of the lights in the truck. Thanks!

Do you have any pix of the
Did the top of that just pop off? One of my switches sticks (does not return) and i wanted to see if i could fix it somehow. Your pic looks like that switch is sealed, so no chance to fix.

Replaced the HVAC resistor, so my air works on every setting, also replaced the bulbs in the air control thing, got my AC recharged, and replaced my relay for my Retrofits so those work again.

Need to wash it, clean the interior and order diff and transmission fluids for my 180k service. I'll try and find one upgrade for it too. Sprinkle that in with the maintenance

Decided to do some sound deadening on my door cards this past weekend. I think it should cut out any rattles when I replace the speakers soon. I already did the actual doors which made a huge diff in sound with the stock speakers running off a solid Kenwood Excelon radio

I’d check eBay - they had lots for cheap but some of them don’t say what color

Buy your 2013 used? 2013s had white gauge clusters and otherwise pale green switch backlighting.
