Stuffed peppers: bell peppers stuffed with equal parts taco meat and cooked rice, then baked at 350 for 30-40 minutes (with or without cheese)

Anything else you can cook in a 9x13 pan

Ive got a chicken taco chili that's always a crowd pleaser and easy in the croc pot.

A few decent sized chicken breasts
(all cans undrained)
1 can of black beans, 1 of kidney beans
1 can of whole kernel corn
2 cans petite diced tomatoes
1 or 2 diced green bell peppers
1 packet of taco seasoning
6-8 hours then shred chicken and serve,

 

Pork chili verde, use navy beans, white beans and tomatillo green sauce

 

Big thing of baked ziti woulld be good
Could do chicken ziti broccoli

Bring over a few pizzas

Veggie stir fry with rice is good

pasta salad and grill some hot dogs

big thing of lentils with chopped veggies in it would be good

Yea tuna is out because I don't like the smell of it cooking!!

Oddly I will eat the canned tuna and crackers, no problem.

It's easy to make, reheats well, and is a comfort food many people enjoy.

You can go cheap with just instant potatoes and canned gravy or make it from scratch and boil your own potatoes to mash. I enjoy having extra sweet corn mixed in since most of the other ingredients are salty

 

Oh man it’s a classic where I’m from (Boston, MA). Felt I should add that it’s done with an cheesey butter sauce or alfredo, not a tomato sauce

 

You got a Air Fryer? Do them some butter chicken and jasmine rice. Get some naan bread to go with it. Nice cobbler for a dessert.

Sheppard's pie is always good and is awesome reheated.

My wife sometimes does a casserole with tater tots, hamburger, soup and other stuff in it (tons of recipes online)

Her family does this chicken spaghetti casserole which is cooked chicken, pasta, rotel, mushroom soup, cheese, and salt/pepper and any other seasonings you want. It's good but I call it heartburn on a plate.
