Made the pack myself using a new pack that I removed the overload and installed the 3 bottom leafs out of the Hellwig AAL kit and ran it on my truck. Total of 6 leafs that gave me 2” lift flex and droop like crazy. Not needed due to gone Chevy 63”s.

Looks good! I made a similar pack before switching to Deavers. The homemade pack rode just as nicely as the Deavers, but the Deavers also pushed my axle rearward an inch. I would have kept my homemade pack had I known all that ahead of time — now I have to correct the axle position on the Deavers with an axle relocate plate so my 33” spare will still fit under the bed. Wish I was closer. Shipping would probably cost as much as the springs.

Looking at UPS Store shipping, what are the dimensions and approx weight each? If you'd be willing to drop at a local UPS store, this may be doable, I'd send you a shipping label. I don't think they'd have to be wrapped at all, just have a label attached (zip-tied cardboard possibly).

I'll call my local UPS Store in the morning to confirm.

NVM, I found out that one of the fairly local guys I wheel with has a similar set from before his Deavers that I can get without needing to ship.
