ADHD is allowing yourself to get so sidetracked, you find yourself cutting out table legs when it's 103 outside

Which reminds me, think I'll add one of those gussets to my welding cart

I've got 3-4 in the scrap box that I wouldn't even give away as they have a slight bevel so I'll have to use them up myself or something

@Sperrunner So I had my first experience with Milwaukee customer support and they're actually awful. Had to call back 5 times this month to get an answer on why the denied my warranty request. The 6th representative claimed she didn't see any notes on file from my last 4 calls.

Turns out that any items purchased from an authorized dealer through an online marketplace like Amazon or eBay are not warrantied. So like 90% of my tools don't have a warranty. Doesn't matter that it's the official (insert authorized dealer name here) eBay or Amazon page. And those companies like Zoro.com or Tools Plus (now defunct) advertise these tools as carrying their factory warranty still. So if I'd bought on Zoro.com or at the brick and mortar Tools Plus location they would've kept their warranty.

In my opinion the authorized dealers should lose their status as such if they're falsely advertising. But in the end it falls on me the customer. The only reason I wouldn't buy locally at Home Depot is their stock here was awful for a long time. Old versions of tools, old batteries, no stock in general, etc. Other options like Ace Hardware sucked too because they mark up their Milwaukee stuff.

Had a beer and chilled out for a second. Still stand by my rant but it's whatever I guess.

Nor did he, he gets interested in cats but rarely tries to engage with them unlike any other small animal...I think our cats at home have beaten him into submission lol

That suuucks but good info to know

I'd just go through HD (all I ever use) but ship to store as it's free not to mention using the tool hack

You get the tool you want/need (since you said their stock sucks) and you take advantage of the deals that go on
