Just installed the Tundra switch. Easy mod even for mechanically challenged me.

Replaced all the fluids except brake and power steering to establish baseline after cracking 200K. ATF needed it and both diffs + transfer case are good to go now. Oil was a bit early, but I was there already. Here's to another 100K!

Spent the better part of two weeks replacing the head gaskets. A lot of that time was waiting of various parts, especially the timing cover to oil pan o ring. Which I ripped .... TWICE. Third time was the charm and got it together today! Have never done anything like this, Tacoma world was a huge resource. Also don't judge the cheap intake, I couldn't find a stock intake after I bought the truck last year. 20240526_134538.jpg 20240526_151037.jpg 20240606_181335.jpg 20240606_220537.jpg

Just ordered this. I'm curious if it has a safety mechanism that reverses the window if something is in the way. Maybe that has something to do with the actual window motor and not the switch panel.

You won’t regret it, what color did you get? I went with amber!

I ordered the Tundra one on Amazon. It says white so I'm assuming it is white LED.

Comes with the passenger switch as well and your choice of color. I love the amber and it takes all of 5 minutes to do.

Today I turned some adapters on the lathe and put an old mountain bike grip to use.

    PXL_20240607_202349815.jpg

This was before I modified the adapters a bit further, the final height is about 5/8" shorter than this. I may change this grip out for a lime green ODI grip so it matches the ones on my Kona.
