    the old school 4-runners had a removable rear section that pretty much made them look like that. i'd gues that's what he was going for.

    I've been wanting to quit.

    The trigger for me was to do a detox diet with my mom because no one would do it with her and I wanted to keep her motivated. I decided to try and quit smoking too to get get super healthy.

    On a detox diet all you can have is water, fruits and veggies. So the cravings for food far outweighed the cravings for a cigarette.

    Also started lifting again and eating a shitload, already gained 7 pounds in 10 days.
