Man I had a civic just like that, one of my all time favorite cars! It was like driving a go cart. 4 speed manual made it so much fun.

I got out on the bonneville today, did 135 miles, it was awesome. Mostly cloudy and cool in the upper 60s here today. Great weather for a ride.

I just left it in first. no blocks or anything.

The ferry docking is usually super gentle and I was standing next to it all 10 mins of voyage so wasnt worried.

Thank you!!! Not pain free. Feels sore and tight. Just took a handful of meds from anti bacterial, infection, inflammation and pain. Hopefully will be feeling better soon.
I am so glad the doc did what he did. Sounds like he went above and beyond. Drank a protein shake when I got home and drinking lots of water. Thanks to everyone for the well wishes.

My older bro had a 76 as his first car. So cool and got killer fuel mileage. Would love to have one now and put a busa engine in it.

I took a ferry ride with my bonneville yesterday. Was kinda wierd, I stayed on the bike and held the brake, just a short ride across the St Clair river to Harsens Island. Nice to ride around out there on a week day, no traffic at all.
I stopped to fiddle with my go pro and a older gentleman was walking his dog and stopped to ask if I was OK, I thought that was cool. He admired my bike and said he liked my old bonneville, lol. I said it's a new 2023 bike. Funny how this bike fools older people that remember the bikes from their youth but have no idea that they are still being made.

Made it through nite one without a problem. I set my alarm to wake up every 4 hrs to take pain and bacteria infection meds. This morning I got to do a salt water rinse, then take my AG1. Now time to relax with some coffee. So far right now pain is more just tightness and a little swelling on the left side of my face.

How do you add a picture as a spoiler so if someone doesn’t want to see they don’t have too?

Remove the . inside each [ to get it to work, I had to add it so you could see the code.

Hit the spoiler tab. Insert what title you want. Then insert whatever between the things.

These are no too bad. I have gone 6.5 hours with no pain meds. I am going to see how long I can go. It’s always nice to save some for emergencies later on down the road.

Yeah I always try and get off the pain meds as soon as I can, they also constipated me really bad. I don't know why I thought you where getting full dentures. What you had done is a lot of work, wow.

Felt good enough finally for my first ride post surgery a little over 2 weeks ago for tonsil removal and deviated septum correction. Rode into work then a bit after. Super enjoyable. Did about a 100 miles in total.

Parts have been trickling in for the monkey. Bar end mirrors, adjustable levers, turn signals and a morimoto taillight to get rid of that monstrosity that came stock. I have new grips and bars coming in this week. Exhaust is en route but I might not get to it for a while because I have to pick it up a state over.
