LED Headlight Conversion with Non-LED DRL

First post for me and buying my first Taco:
My question is, can I still add new LED Headlights (2020+) to a 2019 that doesn't appear to have LED DRLs? I know the Dave guy makes harnesses, but does one exist for this purpose. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the truck pictured does not have LED DRLs...

 

Buy the OEM Toyota LEDs, not a third party (price is high but they are better). @Puppypunter makes the harnesses for Tacomas without the LED wiring already in place. @daveeasa make harnesses for Tacomas that do have LED in place so probably not what you need.

 

The plan is to buy the TRD OEM ones from Sparks. I just didn't know if the conversion from the Non-LED DRL style was possible. I'll reach out to puppypunter.

 

So the sport should have led drls. Only the sr/sr5 didn’t.

My guess is the previous owner had aftermarket headlights, and before trading it in bought some sr headlights to swap them. Look at your wiring harness.

 

If you have a TRD trim Tacoma buy the harness from Dave Easa. If you have an SR/SR5 trim Tacoma you'll need to get the harness from Puppypunter.

Get the OEM LED headlights not anything aftermarket as mentioned.

edit: Yes, oem led headlights will work with your truck providing you buy the correct harness.

 

Yes they have the led drls they just aren’t on in the picture. You can use the daveeasa harness for trd trims with factory drl
