Clean, Purpose-Built 3rd Gen SR5

When I had my BMW X5 and it was just me I used to only stop when I needed fuel, and since it often got 500 miles to a tank that meant once every like 6 or 7 hours. But it was also stupid comfortable, I don't think 6 hours in a Taco would be fun.

Yeah it was raining and dark the entire drive so it wasn’t the most fun drive. Although I will say I think the interior of the 3rd gen is extremely comfortable, but I do have the seat jackers.

 

One of the reasons I’m think about a new gen Tacoma or 4R is a more comfortable setting. For my 70+mile each way commute I thought it’s a little uncomfortable. That’s only 1-2 days a week but it might go higher again.

I have jackets for the rear part of the seat and while it’s made it better it still gets kinda painful after a while for my back and knees

 

That makes sense! I’ve haven’t had any comfort issues yet fortunately, my biggest problem is stopping to pee

Yeah I’m sure if I control my water drinking enough to do longer legs of a drive, my back would start hurting lol

 

I used to drive for hours without needing to stop for a bio break. It was an 11hr drive back to where I used to live in AL and I could make it over 3/4 the way on a tank of gas when I had my charger. I would drive that entire tank without stopping. But when I stopped using Copenhagen I suddenly had to change my entire plan. Now I have to stop at least once just on the 3hr trip to go camping or wheeling!

 

I have no issues with 3 hour trips with my truck. I have not had longer trips with it yet. No seats jackers on mine yet.

@TacoFMS, I used to go on a 28 hours trip without stopping for the night years ago which means I stopped for gas/drink/food but I didn't have a Tacoma that time. But that fucker hit my car I mean that idiot suicidal deer. At least I got minimal damage... wheew.. I was able to go long trip back home after that.
