Please use excel. I’m so damn tired of this Google stuff my company switched over to. They tell us don’t worry, all the old excel stuff can be swapped over with no issues…

    Mostly dust and dirt.
The present generation Tundra and Tacoma are shadows of the previous generations. Toyota is getting like GM in the 60's.

I don't think I got any "receipts" on the warranty work I had done on my third gen until they handed my key fob to me. Or are my memory banks failing?

A few additions to make me feel cool.
We have a large mixture of people here. Many who are young a defined by the vehicle they have chosen. They will realize in time that needs change and so does the vehicle you choose to drive. 20 years ago I would have taken it personally if someone said what I had chosen was perhaps not the best thing because I would see it as an attack on my ego. As we age we realize that the vehicle we drive is simply a tool and that they do not define us. It is a stage and one that a lot of members seem to take personally. The Toyota offerings are fine if that is what you are into but not for everyone and not what they once were. Arguing with these people who are in a different place is like screaming at a brick wall. Let them have this time and years from now they will be the same as those of us who have grown beyond that phase.

Every Toyota owner has their own service portal. Just sign up, enter your VIN and your entire dealer service history is there. You can even add your own entries like oil changes and other repairs. I used it all the time.

No, that's what happened every time I brought my 2010 to the dealer for warranty stuffs. Regardless of whether it was the catalytic converter, the airbag, or the frame.

Only thing I ever got given otherwise was the keys to the rental on the frame job.

I've been very interested in the new 4th gen. As a 3rd gen owner without one problem at only 20k, I'm observing intently but won't pull the trigger until I see the results of a year's worth of production/results. I really like what Toyota's done regarding updated styling and additional comfort features, but the price is outrageous. So, for me, I wait and exercise a little patience...not my strong suit, but best for me. Admittedly, I have explored the competition, but prefer the Toyota.
