There seems to be a theme to my Tacoma shenanigans. Still haven't figured out this 'overlanding' thing.

 

Speaking of overlanding did the bed platform build this morning with a buddy. Bad news is with the bed stiffeners and the tailgate side factory bolt having the least free space I did have to source and order new 130mm long bolts

1/2 inch birch covered in marine grade carpet PS we jigged a peice in to cover the full bed base. Used the factory rubber bed mat as template

 

Shoulda got a long bed...

 

How many pictures did you take for the gram though?

 

I took 8 pictures total in ~48 hours one might end up on the ol' IG

 

They make bed tents that turn the short-bed into a longer tent ... this is a Napier, but RightLine makes them, available through Sportsmans

Its a nice bow, I just never use it and now that I am moving I think its time to let it go.

Its just long enough for me to sleep in currently. There is a dude running around up here that did the truck bed mod to his 4runner.

 

Seriously I'd love to have this. Or at least see a build thread.

 

Does it even have a driveshaft or did they just bolt the diff and transmission together with one u joint?

Thats going to be a hard no from me dawg. Just taking out of the equation I already have a truck built with a GFC on it. I dont want my pretty 4runner to look Like a meth head owns it.
