My garage is in a permanent state of disarray. So many projects going on at any given time. I clean it up, and a day later it's a mess again. Old picture, but it still looks the same :anonymous:

I have enough furniture in the house to furnish 3 houses right now with gma moved in. The shed has 6 window AC units stored in there for when my central takes a dump. Not sure how I'm going to purge everything out when that day comes...

You can't tell by the garage, but I'm really starting to hate clutter and excess furniture. Whenever I gut the bathroom I'm gonna rent a dumpster and start purging a lot of stuff. They're not gonna be happy about it, but my name is on the mortgage :anonymous:

Oh yeah keep those window units! I have 1 on the shelf in the garage, but I have a mini split in the garage too. :rofl:wife thought I was crazy putting a mini split in the garage until in the middle of summer and it's 74 degrees inside doing laundry and 60 in the winter when it's cold outside.

The current R22 central unit in my house is rusted out inside and is only a matter of time before it craps the bed. It's about $10K for a replacement AC/heat pump unit, so not looking forward to figuring out how to do that repair. The oil boiler is getting up there in age, along with other utilities. I have about $60K worth of upcoming expenses on this house :goingcrazy:

Thing is though, I'll not be able to find a house like this at my current mortgage rate. I locked in right before it all took a turn. Sooo I'm stuck!

Unless it's monotonous. Which this likely will be.

I have a window unit stored in my shop, was going to put it in the shop until we started getting power bills and I said nope, I'll just run a couple fans when I'm out there.

Ehhh, my truck has been in there all week while I've been driving the Camry to work, so it has been a tight squeeze :anonymous:

It’s not quite a tight squeeze if you can still open the door for getting in and out of the vehicle IMHO.:fistbump:
