@koditten I saw this Tundra at the parts store with late model Tacoma rims. It looked alright.

We have a new Odyssey and that is the interstate trip machine for more than two people. Our whole family borrows it to use on trips. My wife is getting good at driving different vehicles for a week at a time.

Please share which trim and year you have and a brief synopsis- did you buy the first one you looked at or were you picky about color?

This is so appropriate! Wife and I saw one 3 days ago. Wife said just about the exact thing.

    Still laughing a bit.

I owned just about the exact truck. Once I got my second gen, I knew what I was missing. They just a Tacoma with an obesity issue. Ran good, but it was nothing special to write home about. I get the exact same mpg with the 5.7 Tundra.

Dude I have been married for 40 years. They had 5 in a row, from EX to way too many bells and whistles. I told her to pick, I would only advise if there was a reason. She picked the Silver EXL, basically leather seats. I didn't say a word except to nod approvingly.
If she would have picked Touring, I would have cleared my throat a little. Same for the cloth seat EX model.
For a minivan, you need leather seats because... kids. You also don't want perforated leather because vomit smells bad even when it drys in all those little holes. Solid, easy to clean leather.
I also got the same mats for her that I run in my trucks. Made by a company called 3D and fit like a glove, but the material is not hard plastic but really easy to clean. I can post pics if you like.
