Mudbath announced for 2025 Pro color

Brown is awful. It's not a 73 Chrysler New Yorker, for chrissakes...and the color sucked back then too.

 

Love Toyota's but their paint quality is s$$t and their color palette is even shi$$ier. You can get any color you want as long as it is Silver, Black, or White. Haven't seen a Yota paint job yet that hasn't been destroyed by the sun over time (desert). I know it is not just Toyota but they are notorious for it.

 

That'd be nice, I hope so! As a Brown Oxide Sport owner, it'd make the color (which has been stopping strangers in their tracks to come over and ask) an even more special rare limited offering.

Honestly its not bad, a dark/ rootbeer brown would be nice or spruce green, i agree with above, black,white,silver or gray….maybe toyota is going to try new colors..

 

Bucking the thread yet again. The more I look at it, the more I likey. Better than the terra on a computer screen and a respite from quicksand.

My dad had a 1989 brown toyota pick up with brown interior. that thing was ugly on the outside, ugly on the inside but boy did he treat it like shit and it kept going. I'd get a 2025 in butt brown in his honor but naaaaaaah

 

Looks like something I flushed this morning.

 

They should introduce a primer gray, so it won’t be as noticeable when the paint chips off.

I'm still waiting for a nice bright red like radiant red or another plain black without a bunch of metallics.

 

Amazing how the auto industry is on a 30-40 year cycle. Now we are back to the colors and sharp body lines of the 80's. In 10-15 years everything will be bubbles again.

 

I actually kind of like it. Maybe I can score a good deal on one. You'd never have to wash it, lol.

Toyota does well with flat colors lately and I want to like the mudbath, but you know the very first person who posts their new brown Pro here will be greeted mercilessly with endless crap-themed memes…

…which would make the $65-70k price he paid hurt even more.

 

Which would make me want to do it more.

THis is what happens when the market loses interest in a product. Gotta dump some new material out there to get those influencers going again.
