They previously specced, and I think the website still says, 16x650’s. But Jesse recommended 18x550’s for me and I’m pretty heavy up front. I imagine that’s their standard now.

Lots is going to boil down to mounting angle etc. the more vertical the heavier the spring required. The more outboard the less spring required. Do 600’s or 650x16’s work. Sure they do. But I’ll bet money better results can be found lowering the rate and throwing a ton of valving at the coil over and bypass.

Not enough people are utilizing the coil over for tuning purposes and just view it as a coil carrier. When the reality is, splitting the load yields far better results than just being over sprung.

What valving are you running currently?? I’m at 10/10 on the C/O and 18/12 on the bypass. Since I caged it it’s feeling a little bit soft. Made some adjustments to the bypass tubes front and back today. Going out this weekend to check out the results.

I'm going to lessen the preload and get the jd eyelet once I get my truck back. Looks 100% better than my setup right now

    Whole lotta stuff
If you don’t have a bunch of cali lean, give it a few hundred miles. Looked like you still had some room to spin the collar up if needed.

we exclusively use hunter machines at Lexus. I don’t personally use them every day, but they’re super solid.

I’m down for it. I honestly hate how big the wheel gap between my tire and fender is at ride height. I don’t even necessarily want the lean I just want the huge ass gap to not be there.

A few of the Prerunners I saw back in the day that got me addicted to something I knew nothing about and now know way too much about

Was down in San Diego today at The Truck Shop for a little performance boost. First time meeting Harry he is a super cool dude.
SC charger feels really nice. Have not really gotten on it yet. Traffic heading home didn't allow for it. I can pull grades in 6th now without any struggle.

Matts old rebel taco and that Trac performance truck were two of my faforite build from like 10+ years ago. I forget who owns the trac performance truck “recently” like 3-4 years ago that I knew of. I now know Matt and his buddy Brad, go out to JV every year with them. Brad was the last owner of the Rebel taco that I know of.
My buddy’s older brother had a red Engage built truck for a while, but fell out of the offroad scene a while back.
Classic LT trucks that have been around the internet for a looong time.

15/12 coilover and 20/12 bypass. When the rate comes down I’ll guarantee it needs even more. No way you’re putting any heat in your coil over at 10/10. That valving isn’t serving even a little functional purpose really. Though I don’t doubt the bypass is getting really hot.

Brad bought tires off of me and brought the taco over a couple years ago when he had already had it for a little while but it was pretty beat. I saw him selling it on IG some time in the last year and it had a solid color wrap I want to say?

He had it painted. The same time or close to when Matt had the caged tundra he flipped. Painted same color. Those two are part of the reason I got my taco lol. I was riding with Kenny when he would go out with Matt and Brad.

Dang he flipped that or bought and sold it? Gary Graham had it for awhile and sold it. Maybe that's who he sold it to or bought if from?
