Accutune can remove and install, as well as disassemble, revalve, and rebuild your shocks in house. They are for sure the best place you could possibly go for help, especially given that they're based in your town.

Are you running a winch or are planning on a winch ? Why 650LBS coils? Thats pretty stiff.
I feel your springs are too high LBS's and you should go offroad a bit and let them settle/sag/lighten up a bit.

    Yeah.
Yeah spring rate is a tad high but not terribly high. You should probably be running about 35 psi in those tires, no more than that. Lose some preload if that doesn't do it.

But Accutune can tell you exactly what you should do, go ask them.

Sounds like you have too much lift up front (too much preload), these trucks really suffer ride quality once you lift over about 1.65". They already have very short downtravel and every bit of lift you do reduces that. I ran into the same issues when I first put my suspension in and lowering it was the ultimate fix to get it sorted out. After that I had the shocks revalved but you can only do so much when your suspension doesn't have enough downtravel. Lower it 1/2" up front as a test and go cruise around and I bet you'll notice a huge reduction in the bounciness. You should be able to adjust the ride heigh while it's still on the vehicle.

The cool thing about fancy suspension is that you can rebuild them to suit your individual needs. A 2.5" shock is going to be stiffer than factory out of the box in most cases because they are designed for performance, not ride quality. Once you get the geometry sorted out you can contact a company (like accutune) that will revalve them to your specific needs. I have ADS and (ADS) says the custom valving they did for mine is the softest they've ever done on a Tacoma - rides fantastic <3.

I <3 all the referrals and mentions, thank you!!

+115 LB of extra weight up front is not very much and a standard 600 LB spring would probably have been just fine. We shoot for the lightest spring rate possible.

We can dive more into your setup if you would like. Based on some measurements we can help determine if you are over sprung or if the shocks are lifted too tall. I cannot confirm if this will be your only issue, but it will at least confirm the shocks are setup properly. Tuning the shocks can be plan C.

-For starters, reference this graphic and make sure your coilovers are at 21". Too much taller and the shocks will top out quicker and not ride very well.
-Second graphic, will help us determine how much preload is on those springs.

I think those MT a/t's are "E" rated if I remember correctly, that will also contribute to a harsh ride.

Thank you for reply. Do the measurements still apply since suspension is already installed on truck? Thanks

-21" mark should be with the vehicle at ride height, installed sitting on level ground.
-Second graphic is measuring the spring, and would require measuring the spring while installed on the shock, but at full droop/extension.
