I feel like I am the only person on the forum that has yet to see a 4th Gen up close, did see an Underground Sport on the other side of the highway a few days ago though.

Whom would you consider better than Toyota? Not trying to start anything, genuinely curious.

Oh you mean the ones that spontaneously combust and have the worst quality control I have ever seen with body lines

They are all about the same.

I wish their quality was as high as their prices.

It's not that anyone is necessarily "better", moreso I find Toyota reputation is built from vehicles of long ago, not current offerings, and I also feel like the playing field has been somewhat leveled in current times.

That being said, I still believe Toyota to be better, just not by the amount some here think and claim. And certainly not for the price premium the Toyota tax currently commands for similarly equipped models.

I've only seen like 8 on the road and 2 at the dealer. I have seen 2 Cyberturcks in the wild which is amazing given the popularity of the 2 vehicles mentioned. I also think some Tacos are slipping through the cracks since the resemblance to the Tundra is so strong, unless you see one stopped close by, you might miss it.

I have 4 Tacoma's in our 30 mile area, I will agree I think I see one then realize it's a Tundra. Lots of Canyon and Colorados here in Bible country. Tesla, what's that?

Yeah electric (assist) gives you instant 'go' but it tapers off, quicker on the regular hybrids but eventually the fact that it's an ungeared motor doing direct drive means the top end always falls off somewhere. Hybrid+turbo is better, IMHO, for maintaining a good strong power curve.
