Having a well with that kind of heat, with no rain, worries me. But we have had plenty of rain so far this year. 5 days of that will be plenty. I would rather have 20 degress than 95. I would rather have 10 degress than 95.

Nah I don’t do enough stuff for a page. I do enough things to make videos but don’t know enough about doing all that. Maybe in the future.

Me either. The roof will be hot AF. Luckily we have a great safety program and when it gets too hot they make us get off the roof. They better order another skid of bottled water though. I’m sure the guys will be going through a couple cases per crew every day.

Same. You can layer up and stay warm. It’s hard to keep cool when it’s that hot

I've never been a fan of the heat. I'll rather be cold than sweating my life away. And unfortunately I picked the worst job for that. Spraying yard with 60lbs on my back. I sprayed 24 yards yesterday and the smallest yard was 3/4 of acre. The rest were 1 acre plus. On average it's about 1.5 to 5 acre yards. Of course I have the heaviest route out of the 9 guys that work there. Plus side is I'm getting ot every week and since starting this job I'm down 25lbs.
Ohh and I'm the oldest most broken guy that works there. I working with 1 and half legs. Lol considering I have zero feeling in my right foot and zero calf muscle

    Morning all!

Accuweather agrees with you guys about next week, not looking forward to that at all. Sometimes I love living in an older house sometimes I don't. Extreme temps is a time I really dont...

Those MF’rs can climb anything. I saw downy feather on the porch. Looked up and there he was. Killed and ate at least 3 baby robins. I took the nest down and counted the shells. We have a lot of black snakes

Mother nature finds a way. I put a whole pack of bird spikes on the chimney coming out of the side of our house, find out this spring that a robin is nesting there anyways between the spikes.

I found out what was kicking my ass last weekend. I thought it was C19 but it turns out it's Lyme Disease. I constanatly check myself for those little buggers but this one got me. We had our deck redone and I was sliding some scrap under the trampoline last week. When I came out from under it I felt something crawling on my neck, a tick. It must have been on the under side of the tramp. But I had done the same thing a few days earlier and must not have noticed the one that got me. You think, "high grass, be cautious." But they are practically in your house.

Thanks. I'm waiting for the doc to call something in. My wife got it a few years ago. She has been feeling the effects recently around the same knee the tick burrowed. Mine is on my bicep of all places. One positive: I lost 12 pounds.
