I should have taken a photo in hindsight, but I didn't. However, I keep getting this "Switch to 4L" notification in the center console when driving around the city. Note that the taco is in 2Hi. Not sure what is causing it - I'm hoping it's something as silly as the e-locker button pressed down.

    Have anyone experied something similar?

    Is the locker disengaged?

You try switching it to 4-Lo for a little then going back to 2WD?

I finally figured out what was causing this issue. I installed the VLED footwell light kit V2 and I noticed that the "Shift to 4L" would come on when the auto-headlights would turn off. I decided to reseat the harness at the top console and I confirmed that the issue has disappeared.

That’s a very odd glitch. I can’t think of any reason the system would have a “Shift to 4L” message in it.

Might be a faulty sensor …or bad instrument panel … not unheard of them going bad .

Strange because the issue is back again. I also just discovered that the MTS is not activating.

Tried disconnecting the VLED harness and reconnecting the OEM one. MTS still isn’t working. Looks like it was the MTS console causing issues

Called the dealership and asked about getting the truck looked at. I asked if it falls under the 5 year / 100,000 km drivetrain warranty and they said that they have to run their own diagnostics at it and it'll be a $189/hr fee. Only until then they can say whether its covered by warranty.

Debating whether it's worth it or if anyone has experienced similar issues with their MTS system not working and getting it fixed?
