I'm either gonna be at a local place watching it or at home. I don't know how shields already had a title shot tho. His last fights weren't impressive. I'm interested in the cotoure fight.

Shields has better BJJ, but GSP is a dominant wrestler. Going to be interesting. Are they going to stand and bang? Who knows. GSP and his coaches usually have superior game-plans, so I'm interested to see how GSP out-points Sheilds. Sheilds didn't look very impressive in his UFC debut. At 170, GSP doesn't have many threats. I see GSP getting the W.

I like Couture, but I don't see the need for him to be a side-show fighter anymore. He's proved his point that he can still fight against the top 20 L/H fighters, but that's about it. I just don't see him making a run for a title shot anymore. Side-show fighters are more entertaining when they are brawlers & trade blows (read Bonnar). If Lyoto can't beat Couture, man, what a fall from the top. Couture has nothing to loose, Machida does.

If Couture takes it he'll need to take shogun, or rampage (if he gets by Hamill) then he should get another shot.

GSP will not lose this fight. Only way he loses is by lucky punch ko and Shields just doesn't throw bombs. More like pillows.

GSP is a great all around fighter. I don't see anybody in his weight class that can beat him as of now.

Just a bunch of old crap
Buffalo Wild Wings for the win. One of them down here by me has $0 cover and we always play poker at the same time on the Playmaker box. Good times.

GSP and Couture for the win.

    Pretty sweet fight card.

I don't see how Sheilds could win? Submission? Doubt it. GSP just has so many more tools in his toolbox. Don't get me wrong Sheilds is a sick fighter and one GSP mistake could be disastarous, but GSP has been up the top so long for a reason.

Hominick fight is one Im most looking forward too. I just enjoy watching his fighting style. Like Machida. People call Machida boring, I call him facinating. Wonder if Randy's game plan will be the same to grab him, pin him up against the fence and dirty box it out for 3 rounds? I don't see how else Randy could beat Machida? I see a similar game plan as the Brandon Vera fight.

Also hoping Jason McDonald wins on the pre-lim card. Still impressed how he battled it out with Damian Maia on the ground for so long.

    My 1c worth.
