I’ve been looking for a new grill, obviously it’s usually not a good idea to cheap out on parts but it is just a grill and I saw this, anyone have any experience with it? Or have any other budget options? It doesn’t necessarily have to be a TRD pro grill, I just am looking for stuff to make my truck look a bit more aggressive on a budget so if you guys have any other mods I can do feel free to mention it, I’ve got the Bilstein 5100s on the top notch and an AAL.

A lot of people get the ebay version of that grille and do fine with it. I myself have a similar one.

I installed the cheapest Pro knockoff grille on a friends 2018 Tacoma. It went on fine, but you can tell the quality difference. It was also somewhat warped, but ended up OK once it was bolted on. If it were my truck I would spend the extra money on an OEM one (look for a used one for sale), but of course depends on your budget.

I bought a china knockoff years ago, it’s been fine but you never know what you’re getting.

Check the return policy…..if there is one.

it’d be funny if it looked exactly like the pic, with that big gray bar!

I got the replica trd pro from the taco garage. They did a video comparing different knockoff grills and it sold me. I'm happy with it, i think it looks great and the quality seems to be good.

I'm not sure I would want a grill with just a T and a bar or a T with a bar and a A. I would spend more to get one that has Toyota.

I had a cheap knock off from Amazon. It fit great but the plastic did fade very quickly.

I ordered a aftermarket PRO grill that came with the grill/raptor lights/sensor plate for $90 off aliexpress when I got the truck and it's still on there. I can't really notice a difference between mine and a oem one with how it's held up for the last year or so.

Cheap China grill here too. Work fine, last long time.

Pass on the little affordable mods for now and save for new tires. It appears ur running the stock Goodyears. Going up to a more aggressive AT in 265/75r16 makes a world of difference. Especially in person.

My opinion is the Pro grille is played out, everybody and their mother has one. Spend the money on better horns, better fog lights, better tires, A-pillar grab handle...

I started with a knock-off Pro grille. The quality was so bad that I send it back and bought OEM. It's worth it.

Bought mine from Empyre off road and it has been good for the three years it has been on. They also have other options if you want something different.

I bought a OEM Pro grille in 2017. I am very happy with the quality and it still looks great after 7 years.
