Getting 2 crowns cut off and replaced.

Hopefully it goes well last year I had one replaced and to get a good seal they had to do a little bone chiseling and gum stitching. That was a good time!

 

I’m having trouble mustering up the go this morning! I have to go pick up an effluent pump to replace one I got a call on Friday I believe I would rather go to the dentist.

Life here is fantastic, though I am not a fan of humidity. I miss the 10 - 15% humidity in CA, but not the 105*+ summer days.We are in the middle of a high heat wave here - low 90*'s and 80+% humidity. Ughhhh Nut other than that, we love i there

I'm still looking for a new job, which is not as nice. 8 months as of today My wife and I went to meet with our realtor last week, as we are just about to the point of having to bail on our house, as we can't make the mortgage payments anymore. KY Unemployment benefits last only 4 months, that ended in February. Our Realtor told us the state of KY has a "Save My KY Mortgage" program, originally started during Covid lockdowns, to provide temporary financial assistance to people at risk of losing their homes due to unemployment, or other hardship. I submitted an application on Thursday last week, so hoping to hear some good news from them this week. I had spoken with our previous mortgage servicer in February about our situation, they told me they have several programs to also help so you don't lose the house. But of course, they sold our loan to some other entity as of June 1, and I haven't spoken with them as yet to see if they might also have any sort of financial hardship assistance. Worst case, if we do lose the house, my wife's parents will let us move in with them (~15 miles away) until I can find a job. I lost my very first house to foreclosure about 10 years ago, when I had been out of work for 12+ months, after 19 years making mortgage payments. That hurt! We've only been in this place 18 months, and I really don't want to go through that again.
