My Mother, simultaneously impresses and gives me nightmares.
She mentioned this "hedge trimmer" A few months ago and couldn't get it to turn on.
Turns out she didn't have the finger strength to push the safety switch. Good thing, it spins at well over any sane chainsaw speed and has minimal guards. But the thing does cut rather aggressively. Might have to make it disappear to the camper for firewood detail and mom's finger retention..

Is there a fire I don't know about? The hills looked particularly hazy this evening

I see he went with the "business in the front, party in the back" look.

This is where I used to go when I lived in FoCo. They have the option of buying a quarter or half beef or a full or half pork. I never did that. Just stopped in when I needed something.

I grew up on beef, pork and lamb that we raised. It used to freak our town friends out when we’d ask our parents at dinner if we were eating “Little T” or whatever my brother and I named them.

I usually buy from Costco. My wife doesn't eat much meat at all so even splitting a share would be more than I need to eat myself.

How we feeling about wheelin tomorrow? Forecast shows ~60% chance of precip around noon for Pickle Gulch. I suspect anything in the vicinity will have a similar forecast.

I think I just recently paid ~1300 for a half. Certainly there is the initial investment of the freezer space. I buy beef / pork in bulk from Deer Trail. They even started delivering to southeast Aurora which is an added bonus. Leaves chicken from Costco. I'd love to be able to purchase that in bulk as well but haven't solved that one yet.
