Had that happen with my first car, a 1987 Olds Delta 88. Originally sold in PA and was totaled out. Someone bought it and got a clean Maryland title for it. When we went to register it back in PA all kinds of red flags went off. I still have those pictures I had to take for the salvage inspection. Good looking car, even though once me and my dad tore it apart to paint it, it was two different cars chopped together

 

Wasn’t bad in the roof today. Off and on shade and a little air moving

 

R titles require an "enhanced inspection" and you're correct those stations are limited and often expensive.

 

Went through with it, in pretty decent shape for what it is. Guy put new wheel bearings and lights on it pretty recently. Great deal for $150

 

Looks like u got a great deal. Is that aluminum or steel, no rust.

 

It's steel, only surface rust though. Should blast off fine with a pressure washer sandblaster or rust converter

Morning all! Storm missed us last night, think it just made things more humid

 

Yeah it went north of us also. Just above Renovo got slammed. I looked at radar at around 9 and it was pink and red. I waited til almost 9 to water the garden.

 

Company ford transit ac works great. To bad I've been feeling sick since Friday my throat is sore af. Kinda feels like strep. Hopefully I can sweat this shit out.

 

Reminds me of my last company issued Ford Transit Connect that had the little 2.0 4 banger. We had the thing overloaded with tools and running the AC it would actually slow down on the hills of 476 to 76

 

What did you think of it? Always thought one of those would make a pretty cool stealthy RV camper... Or go well with a focus RS drivetrain swapped in

 

It was a first gen and an absolute POS. Already been through 2 transmissions when I got it. Terrible in the snow and had constant coolant issues. Only nice thing about it was it was easy to navigate through Philadelphia.

 

PowerShit? Friend of mine went through one or two of those in his Escape too.

 

No, oldschool 4 speed auto.

 

Ah gotcha. At least it was decent thru the city, getting from the turnpike to downtown is my least favorite thing probably ever
