I mean you aren't wrong... My exwife already got remarried and just had a baby last week.. she now has 5 kids 3 baby daddies in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house... I know (matic) knew the couch girl I brought to a meet one time. There was the drunk pool woman.. oh the 1 that ate at her mom's house every night and wouldn't talk to me until she left her mom's.. the college chick that thought I was cheating on her with @Daria because she had said something about peeing and camping beside us guys... I literally think since I've been on TW I've had 12-13 girlfriends and 1 wife...

 

I want to build a shop but I’m limited to 24x28 and has to be stick built. It’d be $70-80k the way I’d want it spec’d out.

 

Only met the one and that was enough for me

Thanks for the invite; I’ll have to take a rain check, though. We have my wife’s birthday party Saturday so I will be tied up with that all day.

yes HOA restrictions but I’m also a HOA board member and on the architectural review committee. I can do what I want!

 

We’re fighting our ACC as we speak. They’ve denied every idea we’ve thrown their way without telling us which by-law it violates. Also they told our neighbor he can only have one hose bib on his detached garage… the wife and I are on the board re-writing the covenants and restrictions, they don’t say anything about those kinds of things. Just “must conform to other structures in the neighborhood “. Neighbor is planning on starting litigation here soon.

 

When we lived in North Charleston we were in an HOA. I don't want to live in an HOA again... Its my property, I'll do what I want with it. Lol

 

These guys volunteered to take over the ACC after the last guy went into bad health. I doubt they’ll last the year. Everyone else has voiced their discontent with them and how they’re overstepping their very limited duties, even the HOA president.

we moved to the neighborhood because we had talked to everyone on the HOA and most of the neighbors and everyone said how chill it was. Everyone plans to correct the problem and keep it chill.

We have to have ACC sign off in order to pull permits from the county to even start work. If it was not obvious, we certainly wouldn’t be asking lol
