Yeaaaaa thats no good

 

Yeah I was surprised at how much water was there, too. And it looked like it had been sitting there backed up for months or longer before it started leaking, I was able to get most of it out of the tray but holy shit was it nasty. Hope I don't end up with listeria or some crap lol. I remember that episode of House

I could definitely see how that sludgy, moldy old water could plug up a drain line over time.

 

What's concerning is our 100 yr old house still has the OG knob and tube wiring throughout, and that water is running right down it. Have that section of the houses circuit shut off until it's fixed

 

Back when a house cost like $4k

Which was just above an average annual salary

 

I should check Zillow and see if the purchase records goes back to when it was built in 1926 hmm

 

Dang, in '87 it sold for $117k

 

That's as far back as I can see too. Estimated at $831k now for a 900sq ft 2 bedroom, wild.

It's chill as hell in your town with the most action being that parking enforcement lady or a few bears

I can't find one locally to test drive. Plenty of tundras and Tacomas on the lot though.

 

I've already seen some price cutting on Tacomas

 

None of them had the iforce max drivetrains so I didn't test one. The Tacoma and LC are on my short list for vehicle consolidation. I did order new suspension for the rear of my van and hoping that it helps push it in the right direction for comfort, been kinda a dog lately.
