Make sure you seat those O rings correctly.

 

Funny you should bring that up..Had a few problems with those,but finally figured out i had to Lap them in with Comet..

 

FYI, if the problem is your heater core you will smell antifreeze.

If no smell then your AC condenser drain is clogged.

 

Yeah, the end of the drain is just a nearly horizontal, forward facing, open-ended tube in the engine bay. Not an ideal design; it'll clog again eventually no doubt. Just going to keep that piece of weed trimmer line in the glovebox so I can clear it out if it ever happens again; only takes a minute. If it happens again soon I may try to figure out a more permanent solution, but clearing it out every year or so is no big deal.
