Solid sounding doors when closed, somewhat quieter, not done any other part of the cab yet.

    Yeah.
I used Amazon Basics on all doors and the back of the cab and am happy with the results. I didn't do complete coverage on the inside door panel, just patches in spots. The butyl rubber doesn't really block much sound, its main purpose is to eliminate vibrations. I just kept thumping spots on the inside panel and placing patches in various locations until the thumping resulted in a dull thud and I didn't hear any vibrations. I did do full coverage on all outside panels, though. Other panels I just thumped and placed patches.

It's certainly quieter, and doors have a nice solid sound when closing them. I should have done some measurements before and after, but oh well. I have not done under the headliner, probably never will, but have plenty left over. I highly recommend Amazon Basics, others just cost way too much for what they are. I just found this web site that has some numbers, not sure how reputable they are -- they are trying to sell their product, but do have some good comparisons. https://resonixsoundsolutions.com/r...-deadening-material-independent-testing-data/

How much weight you have in the back? I usually have around 500 and pulling out 2" blocks if i install new leaf springs. Trying to decide between the ironman medium vs heavy duty.

I have a LRA 33 gallon tank which with the tank and additional gas can add up to 124 pounds over the stock tank, Super Pacific X1 is 355 pounds, sliders add some weight on rear and I have about 80 pounds of other gear so up to 559 pounds. I should probably get the medium springs out of the bed of my truck as they are probably helping the heavy duty's ride better.

    Yeah.
That stuff is pretty heavy, but probably between 10 and 20 pounds. I don't think more than 20.

Had this sweet @RelentlessFab high clearance bumper in storage for a while and finally got a chance to put it on. Yes, I kept the step for daily use. It’s two bolts to remove from the bracket. And I will be cutting my exhaust soon.

The last thing I did was add a TRD Cold Air Intake. Today I took my truck in for the Rear Axel Recall, and the 10K service, Oil Change, Tire Rotation, etc. When I bought the truck from a local Dealership the Air Pressure in all 4 tires wer 36 PSI. I had lowered the Air Pressure from 36 to 32 in the front and 30 in the rear. On the door it says the Air Pressure should be 29 cold. When I got it back from the dealership from the dealership today, they had them all aired up to 36 PSI. What does everyone run their pressure at. I know it rides better at 32 front & 30 rear PSI
