2024 TRD Sport

My 2024 finally came in and I turned it down. I had wanted a red TRD for 3 years, so when my lease was due to expire I started looking. I started this process in early March, so I was pretty excited when it came in. My 2021 TRD Sport had more on it than this new one, so I changed my thoughts and decided to look at Blue SR5 4WD and I found it. Should be here in about 14 to 20 days. And this time my gut has been quiet so I think I found my truck. Last time my gut said NO NO NO. And you know what turned me off... it was the white accent stripe across the dash and onto the doors. It reflected in the side window and it looked like crap. So that's my story. The trucks with the white trim have black seats..which would be my preference over the two tone seats my sport has. I'm thinking the aftermarket will eventually have coverings for the white trim.

 

I had a white 2017 and had a few interior pieces paint matched, so I completely understand your decision. Besides the reflection issue, I also don’t think the white trim looks good with other colors.

 

I've got a 2024 Bronze oxide Sport with the white accent pieces. Who's idea was this? Just have them grey or titanium, but white? It wasn't a deal breaker for me, but I'd rather not have them this color.

 

I wish a white stripe was the extent of my vehicle purchasing decision making.

 

i have a solar octane sport 4x4 with the black interior and white stripe. at first i didnt really care for it but it has grown on me. and like someone else said, im pretty sure someone will male aftermarket replacement colors to swap it out with and when they do im gonna get one that is the same color as the rest of the dash
