For some reason I'm not taking the summer heat as well this year. But I did spend more time in the office earlier when it started warming up so that's probably the reason. I'll be in the field next week but just a couple/few hours at a time and early in the mornings and the truck running with the ac blowing with the ice chest full of water and ice...the ice chest is a requirement and the truck running is SOP in the summer.

I don't know about ski season but snowbird season starts September 15th. We historically still hit triple digits but with the shorter days and longer nights it's not as bad and the mornings are cooler.

I sure do hope so...... The last 8 months have been a total :crapstorm:that's for sure.

I do have a job interview this afternoon, it's a 6 month Contract-to-Hire position, I am certainly hopeful this one might work out.

Best wishes for the interview. Contract work is still a paycheck until something better suited comes along.

That’s the room ID number. Anything that goes into a room will be referenced with that from flooring to cabinets to my stone to lighting, plumbing, paint, trim, etc. basements will start with zero, main floor is one, upper floor two and so on.
Most projects have finish schedules that list everything out in a spreadsheet. Makes it easier to find stuff especially when you’re dealing with massive houses with 7 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundries, etc

I hate that. When our monsoon season hits I try to keep some bandanas or light hand towels in my icechest and will cool off by draping one on the back of my neck. Feels better for a while. Try a big zip lock bag to put them in and throw back into the icechest so the water doesn't get funky. I rinse mine off with the drain before going back in the bag.
