    My wife made a pavlova so there were 6 egg yokes in the fridge. Figured it would be bad for them to go to waste so I made an omelet sandwich yesterday morning.

    they were good but not great, i usually liked to marinate the meat with a beer to make it a bit juicer… I didn’t have a beer. Lol
