10-4 good luck. Yeah, so this one, when I switched on the water, cold flowed fine, but then when handle finally made it over to the hot zone the flow out the spout literally cut off, then slightly dripped. These cartridges are tempermental aren't they?

 

No bueno can't like this.

 

Is it a Moen? They have a lifetime warranty on all their products.

 

See, the original builder didn't use ant resistant plastic sheeting.

 

It is Moen. Yeah, I've used their warranty before, I guess I couldn't wait for the 'warranty process' this time. Rats.

 

Took a shower after getting off work yesterday and all of a sudden the thing went scalding hot and then back to the cooler temp I had it. Thought someone might have ran water, but the pressure never dropped (on a well) so that was odd. Also think there's a slow drip. It's outdated with that stupid 90's looking plastic knob so it's time for replacement.

 

Doesn't mean you still can't use it and replace it with one and return the other one.

 

That would be a surprise during the shower. Time for replacement.

Ok I got one for y'all. Wife comes in panicking yesterday morning saying there's something wrong with the tankless water heater. I go out and give it a listen to. Sure enough it's vibrating way to much. Then tell's me it sounded funny yesterday morning, (Friday).
Anyway I have the guy coming out on July 1st to service all the gas appliances. Looked it up and from the sound of it and reading its time to get cleaned and serviced.

 

On Friday I went to mother's house and repaired the vinyl siding on her house that had been cracked by rocks and holes from branches that fell. Everything went well. Tomorrow I go and pressure wash her house.

 

Nice. Okay - don't blow any new holes in her siding with the pressure washer.

 

Good thoughts. The good thing is she has extra siding from 21 years ago.

 

Excellent!! I put down new flooring in my current home, and have 1 full case of it sitting in my shed for same purpose. 21 years from now I'll let you know if I needed it!! Haha, I probably will.

 

we have several boxes of hardwood floor and LVT in our garage on a shelf too just in case.

 

Update: today tankless water heater sounds much more normal so far. Might of just had a calcium build up that broke free or something in that realm.

 

i've got a whole case of siding for my house as well. not entirely sure how they got the 20' box into the 24' garage rafters though...

 

Angled and their kinda floppy.

 

Got someone coming to swap this into a 30 amp camper plug in. What all should I be looking for during installation?
