    Ok give me one sec ill wire brush a part of the chassis. Thank you so much for helping me out man. I was gonna work the truck earlier but was doing a transmission filtrr change on my brothers tundra and one of the bolts broke and took me 6 fing hours to get it out.

    Ok so i tested with a ground in a different place and the volts go higher than battery. On dcv 17+

    With the voltimeter on dcv 10megaohm on white and blue cable its starts at 8 volts and starts climbing. Up all the way to 18 is that normal?

    Can you take a picture of your meter when it reads 18v+
    Looks like your meter has auto-range. Maybe you are reading it wrong?

    See if it lights up the test light bright, if it doesn't we will need to go to Connector 2B in the underhood fuse box.

    Ok so we need to check the resistance of the heater and if that's good check for power at the PCM Connector E4 Pin 2 (Green).

    The first test checking resistance on the heater is done on the connector attached to the sensor with the meter set to ohms.
    The second one at the PCM is with the key on and the meter set to volts DC yes.

    Ht1b + b and getting 13.
    And on the second one no reading
