I had a reg cab 2wd 95.5. I was too big for it, but I miss the simplicity

Man, I'm so ready for our moto camp trip. I've almost convinced myself to pick up a bunch of OT in July just so I can buy suspension and not have to budget for it

Gas tank is not perfect , but has minimal rust. The owner replace it a bout 10 years ago.

If the gas tank is too rusted, can I replace with 1976 - 750k ?

On my 400 I had the tank lined with Red-Kote. That's been over 10 years now and still holding up great.

sadly yes...feeling better now but all last weak I was dealing with a pulled muscle along the left side of my ribcage, and simultaneously a pulled muscle in my mid/lower back.

Couldn't even breathe deeply without a mild ache, and any sudden movements were practically debilitating. The only time I didn't feel/notice it was on the motorcycle lol

I was in the best shape of my life @30 . Your 30’s should be the best years of your life. If not you better start eating better, working out or it will only get worse.

I spent 31 years in construction but always ate pretty good. I would stretch regularly. I have had two shoulder surgeries for rotator cuff damage. L5S1 herniated and had surgery to fix it along with bad sciatica. Broken wrist, broken ribs all just from work. Broke my right ankle at 14 skiing , broke my left index finger and left thumb in low speed low side on a bike. Compression fracture of my mid back at 35. So ya been through hell. The one thing that I have done is eat well, stretch and try and work out. I guess I have real good genetics. Otherwise it sounds like I should be in terrible shape. I am 56 now and lucky to be retired and am able to not add more stress to my body. Cardio , stretching, eating clean and working out is the only way I can continue to ride and do the things I love.

Just remember it’s never too late to turn things around. Start slow and be consistent.
