OP you are looking at the E19 plug, pin 18

 

Ok got that one but my voltimeter points aint that small to go trough that cable

 

Use a needle or small paperclip.

Ok so got that one located now the second cable?

 

Check voltage between that pin and a good ground with the key on.

I think so. I grounded it to the bolts of the door. I have the voltimeter on dcv its that ok

 

Can you check voltage with and without your light connected?

 

What you mean? Testing the voltimeter on the same ground?

 

Yes, test light and one lead of your meter to ground and the other ends to your pin on the wire.

 

Srry for all the redundant tests but I'm trying to make sure we're on the right track here and not missing something.

 

Ok. So the voltimeter positive to the needle and negative to one of the screews(not painted) of the door and i get 11.23 volts. And no light with the test light
