    I drove the project Subaru around the block. :yes:
    That was my goal, even if I had to stay there until midnight.

    In Subaru circles the oil filter is located in "the ring of fire" surrounded by exhaust pipes. I believe I do have a cap style filter wrench that should fit it - naturally it is here at home because I haven't used it in the last 20 years or so.

    Our friends at Subaru made treating the rocker panels with Fluid Film easy.

    The sill covers pop right up and there were good sized holes covered with round dots of heavy tape.

    Figuring more is better I used about a quart between the two sides. :)

    rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.
    Lots of Fluid Film doubles as sound deadening material!

    A couple of rear window decals...
    It was a decent drive. I forgot to turn the HVAC on before I left to come home so it was 85* inside and 76* outside when I got here. The AC is on and doors are open. I’m hanging out on the porch until the inside temperature matches the outside air. :facepalm:
