At work we get cheap AF commercial grade pans and they seem to work just fine/take plenty of abuse - so much so I'm gonna have them order me a couple for my house.

They have those things beside the road that tell you how fast you’re going. I have a similar gadget on my dashboard. Whatever :notsure:

What brand? Ours are only couple years old and some stuff is starting to stick on the supposed "nonstick" pans and one pot is warping

I refuse to have a skillet/frying pan other than cast iron. I cook eggs from our chickens almost every morning for breakfast, use a little olive oil cooking spray, no problems.

IDK what the brand is - some off brand shit mostly
But we also don't use non/stick pans, like ever - that nonstick coating doesn't hold up to commercial use; never seen any commercial kitchen that has non/stick shit

    This is what I want:

I want the lid to make pan pizza in ;)

You can look thru everything they have

It’s true that whiskey improves with age. The older I get, the more I like it

I bought some Hexclad from Costco, not because of my previous practical knowledge to their quality but I bought it because I was told it’s warranty by Costco :notsure:. It’s been good so far.
