Evening folks. Lazy day off. Grilling some salmon on charcoal and a ribeye.
Did not get up till 10 this morning. Getting old sucks. LMAO
    Y'all enjoy your evening.

I guess telling people how they're doing is good. Love sharing good customer service, food, lakes and rivers and ponds too.

4 years ago I was told I had 3 Years left. 4 years later I'm in remission. It scared the crap out of me. It still does. It's tougher on those that love you. Dig your heels in and give it your best. And you got us for whatever that's worth

It took 10 years but I finally burned through the firebox on my Weber Genesis gasser. Granted I used the hell out of it and it was better than others grills I had previously. E330 with sear station and the sear worked OK but hard to beat charcoal for a raw sear

Have an arsenal of Weber kettle grills and smokers. But decided to go with a Napoleon with lifetime warranty (on major parts) to replace the Weber gasser. Plus it has an infrared ceramic side sear station supposed to get up to 1800°. Have wanted to test it out since I got it a couple of weeks ago and tonight finally made it happen. With a prime grade ribeye, yeah it works well

Going to have to do a bunch more to make a final decision of course :D Did a sirloin for my son he likes lean meat well done. Boom and done, he was happy with his.

Sickbay has come a long way Chief! In the private sector anyway. I know you got the best around you, so listen to them and take the best treatment for you. Like I said, YOU GOT THIS!
The grill looks awesome, those grates are different, keep us posted on the progress. Do they make the grill grates for that or is the infrared a different animal all together?

And just to stoke the fire a little, at the end of last season it was a really tight race. Ketchup and mustard were dead even but mayo wasn't that far behind.
