Morning gents. Installed a 13 gallon water tank in the truck yesterday. Wired up a pump, now I have water on demand. Was going to build my own out of 4" PVC but this was only slightly more expensive and way better in every way.

One of my plants came in yesterday as well. Planted that in the pond. One more coming today and one more tomorrow. Need to transplant a few tomato plants and should be just about done!

So psyched it’s Friday. Hopefully headed to the Southwick Nationals tomorrow with the wife and kiddos.

 

Went to my chiro appointment this morning.

Was describing everything I'm experiencing, and he said it sounds like I'm checking off every box for an SI joint issue actually.

Gave me some stretches to do, and how to do certain things to hopefully help.

Getting really sick and tired of all these problems. This is ruining my active lifestyle right now.

 

Getting old sucks

And yeah, getting old does suck... a lot.

 

I've also got an SI issue. It's a very treatable thing Nuno. I get a monthly adjustment at my chiropractor....that combined with stretching has kept me pain and issue free for several years...and I'm...old.

 

Been getting the adjustments every week now, and hopefully that will help.

Plus he also told me to do a couple stretches to help the upper back to in turn help the lower back as well.

As well as what you suggested... PLANKING!

What storm ?

 

We got some rain but I slept through it . Started to rain here about 930 the other night .

 

Here’s one for you. Customer states that the shift lever gets stuck in park. Air fresheners were getting jammed between the lever and center console causing the car not to come out of park. I removed the air fresheners.

 

But did the car smell good?

 

Are there potential side effects or downsides to taking this everyday, forever? Thinking about it for myself. Starting to (years) have minor joint aches in various places.
