Any one with the right tools that you give access to.

Can be done remotely if you allow it via some of the subscription services and the truck is so equipped.

On your 2010, I'm pretty sure someone has to connect via the OBDII port and use some specialty software to get any deeper than just error codes.

Of course I may not be clear on what you are asking about either.

Sorry, I left out a word. Can a 2010 Toyota Tacoma base models data be accessed remotely. I am guessing with no GPS and no touchscreen then the answer is no.
