Yea, I’ve been so over that crap for the last 10 years… I tell them I need to be in and out in an hour or I’ll walk away. I may spend some time in the search, but once I’m down to a decision… you’re on my time.

 

Yeah, and the guy today was like 400 years old and typed slower than me.

At one point he was typing my kid's address and my kid said "you're typing my address on the phone number line" and the dude said "well, then give me your phone number since I'm already here"

 

I had a salesman about 12 or 13 years ago try and pull a fast one and get me into 7 year financing. We were down to that last sheet of paper when I saw it. Completely dressed down the salesman in front of the finance guy and the whole bullpen. Demanded he get my old truck back etc. The bullpen and managers had to scramble and ended up getting me a way better deal. Fucking crooks

 

Im definitely not a fan of long term loans, but at 1.9% it kinda takes some of the sting out of it.
I just figgered it up, he'll pay $2400 in interest over 7 years, and while paying any interest at all sucks, it could be much worse.
And vehicles are so fucking expensive, if you cant drop a huge wad of cash then you gotta do something else. Like get a cheaper truck.
