Don’t panic on financing… just make sure there’s no prepayment penalty and no points/buydown. They can get kickbacks and will go short because of it. You simply pay it off or refinance with your preferred lender.

 

Agreed. All I'm saying is after being there for 6 hours, he tried to deceive me. So after the dress down, the dealership came from 7 years to 5 years. Gave me an extra $9000 for the trade in and went from 5% to something like 3.5%.

All because that guy was a liar.

 

Oh I know. It was more of the principal of it. Back then, I would never have signed a 7 year note.
Having said, I ended refinancing my Tacoma 4 times before paying it off.

In only 15 million years or so, this will be the next Grand Canyon. So I’m looking forward to seeing that. On the right is a nice rest area where I spent several nights whilst hiking the area. This is not my photo, obviously. You ain’t getting me up in no airplane

Re pole: I have the best of all worlds, pellet and then a gas/charcoal combo


I do like the pellet grill/smoker. The thing about it is the temperature stays consistent. However cleaning it is an absolute pain in the ass. Got to vacuum out the fire box just about every cook, long or short. Other parts of it need cleaned every time and it's just annoying. A gas grill you can let it go for a bit till your get flare ups. Charcoal you really just dump the ashes and that's about it. You really need a smoke tube for the pellet grill to really get any flavor. IMO it's a glorified oven without it.
