    Finally! Okay, after months I finally found the time to take off and source out this squeak -

    many of you may already know based on my posts that I’ve been struggling with a squeak when moving the steering wheel up and down. Well - thanks to a person on the forum, he directed me to do this -

    I removed the cowl. Behind a plastic grommet is a bolt that attaches to the steering wheel column mount. It was LOOSE. Loose enough for me to unscrew it without any tools. Here is a pic of the bolt.

    Nope, I placed green painters tape on the windshield prior to removal and marked their factory positions.
