So Fellas, does anyone know how to adjust the body location? My truck was in an accident before I purchased it many years ago. Well, now I'm going to adjust the alignment. I had the frame checked twice by different shops, so I know the frame isn't bent. It looks like it may be 1/8" off at the cab/ bed alignment. But that leads to a larger discrepancy at the front. Using the standardized finger measurement, you'll notice how much I need to shift the front.

I've got a quick question for you guys, it's not specific to Arizona but I don't want to clutter up the rest of the forum with stupid stuff.

I've got a 2019 white OR and want to replace the "TRD Offroad" branding on the side of the bed. My only concern is I have some paint peeling around the drivers side rear window, which AFAIK is attributed to the shitty clear coat Toyota used. Is this a concern when removing the old decal? I don't want to start removing it and take up a massive chunk of paint with it.

FYI, Super White is a single stage paint, versus base coat/clear coat.

As far as the decal, let it sit out in the sun or use a heat gun to remove...

I'm planning ahead here, but I'm looking for A/C company recommendations in west valley. We're closing on a home in a few weeks and it's rocking some old A/C units so I feel we're on borrowed time. We're going to preemptively replace them over winter, November timeframe, before baby #2 arrives.

I have used Arizona Air Experts in the past. They are located over in Waddell 623-556-5446. They have treated me well. Had them install a new unit when I bought my house 6 years ago.

When we bought our place in Surprise we used Cool Zone Air Conditioning and Heating. Had a whole new 2 stage Carrier system put in. They did an excellent job.

Are you not able to shift the bumper left/right a little bit with the hardware lightly loosened?

Also, check your cab and radiator mounts/bushings to see if they are shot.

Anyone have a spare drivers side taillight for a 2020+ OR? Preferably on the west side. Mine didn't care for the shenanigans on Charouleau Gap Trail last weekend.

I cannot shift the bumper. I tried that originally way back when, but I always tolerated it. But as I’m in there, I want to fix it. I wasn’t sure where the play was in the body mounts. If I have to, I can replace all the mounts and try to adjust then. But that was going deeper down the proverbial rabbit hole than I wanted to dive at this moment in time.

How did the rig do otherwise? There are a few pretty dicey spots on that trail!

Did very well, didn't have any spots that were a struggle. But we didn't do every hard line either as it was a night run. Had a a group of 5 trucks, we got on the trail at 5pm and done around 1am. Just an absolute blast.

I want to do it all during daylight so I'll probably put together a run in the cooler months.

Gotcha. Unfortunately, there wont be much if any adjustment at the body mounts.. its just the fact they might be worn out and now have slop in them, allowing for the cab to be sitting out of square.

Those taillights look pretty good without the plastic cover, maybe just break passenger side too

I used a fence post the other day like a baseball bat and broke a tailight on the tundra. Found some stock replacements for like 76 bucks.

    Well...

Ok. When I get home, I'll check everything's condition. At the very least, I'll hit them with some PB and try to loosen them and give 'em a wiggle.

Hell ya, sounds like fun! I would 100% be in for a group run. I’ve putzed around out there but never ventured past the gap. Being with a few competent (enough) friends would be a game changer. My house is only about 30 min away from the trailhead too, if that is at all helpful for a trip.

You could do the whole thing. We had an 3rd gen sr5 4 runner on 33's with us and he didn't have any huge issues. But yes, definitely a trail to do with others.
