It looks like you've accidentally found the factory reset somehow o_O

Attached is a PDF that will give you directions on how to get it fully back online.

That PDF file is what dometic customer service has sent me earlier today and I followed it exactly but then like what I stated earlier it states “the QR format is wrong.”

I figured it out myself on how to fix it. Useless countless email back and forth with dometic customer support and it seems like they do not understand that the QR code is not recognized by the 619 config app and they’re trying every possible way not to take the fridge in for warranty service. My display panel is back and now I’m not stuck on freezer mode at -40 temp.

Thanks for nothing Dometic customer support.

After my issued with Dometic, I'm convinced that's all their support does: decide to accept or deny warranty replacements. No actual support or repair.

That sucks. Hopefully it stays fixed. Had 2 of their fridges before with no issues. Was think of getting their CX2 models but now got me thinking a bit.

For the price consumers pay for their devices; they don’t stand behind their products at all.
    Customer support stinks

My apologies as I’m sure this is answered somewhere in here. But without power, how long will these stay cool? If fully packed with 40f food and beverages, would it hold there for a few hours?

    Not an answer... but.
I add several large sealed containers of frozen water.
    1) It extends the battery time.
    2) It keeps stuff cold if it powers off.

I switched batteries (Jackery) last trip and neglected to check that the Jackery was running the cooler. It was not on.
Next morning the cooler was 40°F.

So I used to need to give a good press for the lid to latch. Now this doesn't work anymore, neither does a good smack. I can give a good press down on the lid right at the latch, feel what seems to be the latch closing, and then open the lid without releasing the latch.

Searching this very thread I found out I bought my IM55 3 years ago in July.

    Anybody else having this problem?

Only happened to me with stuff in the way.

I would inspect the entire closure for any irregularities.
Maybe a bottle nicked the seal area. Maybe some food dried in the snap area. Etc.

I have a cfx3 45 and I occasionally get !Warning 01 but if I leave it unplugged for five or take 24 hours and plug it back in it operates normally for a while. I think I went 4 months in between the first and second time this happened and this time it’s only been a month since it happened last. Anyone know what is causing it? It’s in my truck running off the battery and I’ve never had an overheat or low battery warning

Anybody know if theres a hard-wired monitoring solution for the CFX3 series? The Bluetooth connection is spotty as hell and requires fiddling with my phone, and it'd be nice to just have a simple "fridge temp" readout up near my Scangauge.
