All depends on what you add to them. I bought some Asian bam bam sauce and looked on the label. Holy shit the saturated fat in it was ridiculous. I put it on my chicken sandwiches anyways

You also cannot possibly think a Chipotle Burrito - that has 1,000 calories - is fucking good for you...
It might* be good for you if you break it into like 3-4 servings and eat it over several days..

And do you know how commercial chicken is raised/slaughtered/processed?
It is gross AF - like so fucking gross I won't eat it anymore
I will either pay for the good shit or I'll eat beans/rice


We have a chicken slaughterhouse in 'town' - it is an awful awful place; it has no windows/looks like a prison, you can smell it for miles, you can see the chickens being trucked in on flatbeds in the most vile of conditions

I don't care what anyone says - how your meat is treated while it is being raised affects its quality/nutrition


And for all of you hunters, you are doin' it right.
I have some experiences with different methods of slaughter at this point - the quicker an animal gets put down, the better it is
So a happy deer running thru the woods and getting hit by a bullet = optimal outcome
Putting animals in a crate/trailer and taking them to the slaughterhouse = stress
Depending on the method of slaughter = more stress
You can SMELL the stress in the meat - blew me away the first time I noticed it, it was all I could smell for like 3 days at work, it is a borderline rancid smell

 

To think I just finished off my last deer steaks. Hunting season is a bit aways...

 

I still have one roast, some back strap and some ground in the freezer...
I need to cook that roast up soon - the last one was so good!
