    Mornin’

11 out of 13, not bad. Welcome Wilcam.

Mom and dad had electric fuse panels in the house. They never replaced them, but new owner did. Post that on r/electricians Reddit and they’ll tell you how to handle it in a million words or so (course they could do it in a thousand, but that would cut out the razzing). That said, looks like a do-able project. Good luck.

Recent days I've been having issues with balance and falling. Skipped a day with my blood pressure meds, and the issue cleared up. Time to talk to the doctor.

    Good day troops

Sounds like your BP is tanking…
But what do I know. I didn’t even stay at a holiday in last night.

Does this occur after getting up from a seated or lying down position ?? . I have this condition and it's called Orthostatic hypotension . it's a blood pressure issue that causes light headed sensations from seated to standing position . My Doctor adjusted my blood pressure meds and haven't had any issues since then

It started that way and I was diagnosed with same condition. Then it got far worse until I just stayed dizzy all the time. ƁP was showing fairly normal, but I wasn't able to stand on my own for a few days. In 24 hours without BP meds I feel much better

Good morning, at least it is still morning here. Long day yesterday at Mayo Clinic but a good one. Talking to other patients and assisting them finding where their appointments were (it is huge and easy to get lost) I was reminded once again that I have it pretty damn good, things can always be a lot worse. And reminds me of the main reason why I am still working yet.

Sat in the radiation treatment lobby waiting for them to call me and instead someone came out and escorted me down to the proton beam center at the Jacobson building. I watched them build it ~10 years ago it is still state of the art with 14' thick blended concrete walls and 4 treatment units. The accelerators are more than 3 stories tall each and the equipment to operate and run them takes up a a lot of space. Took 2 years to build it

A lot of children go through it because it limits damage to surrounding tissue and organs it can be controlled to a fine granular level including depth. Never dreamed I would be there as a patient some day but looks like I will be. Because of the high energy of the proton beams they think 5 consecutive days will be enough to kill the tumor. No free lunch with high energy but there never is a free lunch with anything.

They want me to also talk to a specialized surgeon but I can't get in to see him until the 26th. I'm ready to get it over with but they don't feel waiting a few more weeks is a high risk proposition which is a bit of a relief.

They are expanding the proton beam facility and adding 2 more units. To make room they have to tear down an employee parking ramp and there is very little employee parking downtown as it is. Right now I am thinking tear down the employee ramp and anything else in the way to make room for more proton beam treatment units, period. Funny how your perspective can change overnight.
