Hello yall. I plan on getting 35s for my tacoma and i know there will be rubbing if i dont cut the fenders. I plan on cutting the front bumper but i really dont want to cut up the fenders. Now my question is just how bad will the rubbing be. Will it be real bad to the point where i will absolutely have to cut. Or will it just be a little somewhat rubbing. Ill be removing the wheel liner and i have a 2.5 inch lift. And i dont offroad super often but maybe once a month or so take it out on the trails. Thanks

Plan to cut, chop and beat on it if you plan to have any flexing at all.

Rubbing fender is the absolute least of your worries if you wanna run 35s. You're more likely to rub inner fender, cab mount, pinch weld, bumper, if you have the wrong wheel offset you'll rub uca, etc. There's an absolute fuck ton you need to put in and be cool with if you don't want to limit travel, and if you're limiting travel then what's the point anyway?

Take shock assembly off. Put on wheel and tire, fully compress to bump and turn the wheel you'll find every rub spot

Way more than just cutting fenders. I put 33’s -44 offset with a 3” lift and had to cut fender liner and do a cab mount chop and weld in a new plate.

You have so much offset you caused more rubbing.
