    Hello,

Looking for TW wheeling/overlanding friends here in northern CA. Not really sure how to go about this other than just putting myself out there. I consider myself intermediate, my build is average with the 2.5" lift on 33s. Safety in mind with a team of people that have great leadership, unique skillsets and share the love of the outdoors, which I think goes without saying!

I could use some trail camping buddies too but my work schedule never allows it to work. I'm sure you'll find some welcoming people on here or FB groups.

We are a bit different here in AZ as we are all pretty close friends. But we have a dedicated thread that just keeps getting updated with the next trip. Find a place that you want to go. Throw up some dates ahead of time and see who can join in.

Hey man. I live in Sacramento now and I am also trying to find more camping buddies. I probably only do 2-3 trips a year to meet my friends from Texas which usually involves a long trip to Utah or Colorado. Hit me up. I am a long time Tacomaworld lurker... I've had a Taco in some shape or form since 2012.

Esprit de Four club seems to be very welcoming. I consider myself a beginner, and I've been to their safety clinic once.

    A little a this, a little a that...
@avacadotaco good for you for putting yourself out there. I’m always looking for folks to wrench and wheel with. All my best wheeling buddies are getting old (which kinda means I’m getting old!). Where are you at in NoCal? I live in Novato.

I'm in Tracy. Which means an easy couple hours to Sonora

Very cool man! Any trips coming up? We just finished glacier national park and headed to Mt rainier before returning to Ca.

We just got back from Moab and from exploring a lot of Utah for the past 2 weeks. Nice on Rainier and Glacier. Those are really awesome parks!

Very cool! Did you do a lot of difficult trails that beat up the rig? When I hear moab, I think of a lot of abusive trails lol

Not really. I did fins and things, shafer trail, white rim and a few others; but nothing too crazy. When I wheel with the lady we dont do many crazy things as she keeps me planted, and the tacoma isn't a jeep so I am not about to torture it.
