Ok yea I’d just never changed belts before. I kinda wish it just had a serpentine belt to drive everything but oh well

    Yep, just goes right on

Can't remember...did you also replace the fan clutch

And if so, did you get the one I provided the part number for? Just ensuring you got a green band to replace your current one with

Ok good, you meant 013 but yeah that's right

And yeah I know hence the need for a 6 wall socket/wrench and some penetrating fluid

Best thing you can do when things start to give you trouble is to walk away - more fuck ups occur from getting upset and trying to tackle an issue without pausing to take a breather

I didn’t see kroil. Im also wondering if it’s be worth getting a big adjustable wrench to hold the fan clutch in place.. they are like 30 bucks

this is so true, especially so in a time crunch. taking a break is the fastest way to proceed when you're faced with making things worse out of frustration

Shitshow here today. Had to tell multiple people to move and one couple literally (and I hate that word) pulled into my neighbors driveway, parked, and walked to the beach.
Later confronted to move, but fuck.

    No Respect!
I fell like after the shit show last year the county spent some money on motorcycle cops to patrol the highway. All the parking is full but they are keeping the traffic flowing.

If they can keep things moving that's huge. Good on the county.
Today is a rare day I'm glad the cops are around. Stupidity is on full, unashamed display. We poured drinks an hour ago on the porch and the hilarity of people leaving the beach versus those arriving for the evening fireworks is better than TV.
